"I remember for a while I was afraid to leave the house just because people would see me and talk, it was a tough day," he said in an interview. I used to be very nervous. '
She added that for a while, she had the idea that she would never look good again.
"Sometimes I was fashionable and the stylists said I was looking good but still most people would have different opinions, they thought maybe there was something wrong with me," he said.
According to Vidya Balan, she realized that not everyone could be happy with her.

"If you like yourself, it doesn't matter what anyone else says. I started thinking about accepting myself," he said.
She also said that she has been working with a healer for many years, which has been very helpful to her because self-acceptance has given her a purpose in life.
Vidya Balan has also spoken recently about being a victim of gender bias.
She added that sometimes she used to get irritated by people's words but now it feels very rare.
"I see a lot of people being subjected to gender bias, which is sad. Most people don't even realize what they're saying and how much it can hurt someone's feelings," he said. I wish people would think before they talk. '
